It's time to spread the word to the people who still wear green to home games. Start planning to get your yellow shirt so that we can have a complete Yellow-Out.

Maybe we can get a throng of Bisonvillers to be stationed at the entrance to the building armed with dozens of cans of yellow spray paint.
Those fans who don't show up in yellow simply get blasted before they're allowed to enter.

I think there should be an effort to create a yellow out. Just make some oversize sleeveless yellow pullovers and hand them out as fans come in the door.
No reason there can't be a yellow out.

I would just be plain impressed to see more people in school colors. Im sure we all have been sitting by people for a few years that never wear school colors, there's a couple in my section that I think I will buy the hat/shirt combo for this year as a nice gesture. I prefer green, Im all for a yellow out, but PLEASE coaches, go back to green !!!

I rarely wear team colors to anything! When i see people in a jersey and it does not fit (TIGHT OR LOSE) I laugh. I think of those people that get all dressed up and super serious for a softball game. Playing dress up is not for everyone! I will be there AND I WILL YELL LIKE HELL! But i will not dress up funny!

Ive seen those people too, nobody is really telling anybody how to dress, HOWEVER - whats wrong with a green or yellow polo shirt, green or yellow t-shirt, green or yellow sweatshirt ? doesnt even have to Bison on it. Oh whats the use, I like the blue idea and the dome will always look like a sellout.

i agree why can't you wear a yellow or green, when you walk the tailgating I'd say 90%+ have green/yellow(gold) on....but then you get people just that show up for something to do and the excitement.

I think that is silly that you would judge how big of a fan someone is by what they wear. I know some Alumni football players, Alot of them show up in pretty non team color stuff. I am guessing they are as big of bison football fans as there are.

For sure lakes I agree with Green if all possible in SFs hopefully people show up doesn't sound like from the posts on the mens basketball threads don't seem that great. I hope I'm wrong about that.

I really laugh at the people who come to Football games wearing NFL gear, if you can buy a Freaking Vikings Leather Jacket and Shirt, why the hell can't you at least buy a NDSU shirt which are usually what 9.99 at scheels??? abd wear something to support your team, not a different team.

agreed on the NFL garb... but when we were at the dome for the goofers game, there were several people in our area with UND sweatshirts (green) who seemed to be rooting for the Bison.... considering that game, it was ok to have a different teams stuff on... and they had the right color... now would a Packers jersey be OK ?? Wear what you want, but cheer your ass off for the Bison is my opinion..

No I understand, but I have taken Sioux fans with me to NDSU games and they asked me if I had any NDSU stuff to Borrow, at least they made an attempt, its not the colors but if you don't want to wear NDSU stuff, please leave the NFL teams out, Packers Jersey's well at least they are green and gold, but........:p

Do you have any idea how many shirts are handed out for free during the first 2 weeks of school??? Lets just say that I haven't had to buy a bison t-shirt for a long time. I think i was able to get like 5 shirts last year and that was the first 2 weeks.
