Tom Clifford passes away....

I noticed over on the Sioux board that Tom Clifford passed away last Wednesday evening. Clifford was a guy that was passionate about higher ed in North Dakota. UND has not been able to match his talents as President since he retired. He was truely a legend in North Dakota. Condolences to his family on his passing.
