I know the rivalry has really started to take off with no end in sight. However, I would like to just take minute to give a figurative "pound it" to SDSU. NDSU would not be in the position we are in without them. If we had to make the transition alone things may have turned out like our little sister to the north.
So, SDSU... Congatulations:
Your football program is doing better than I can ever remeber
Your basketball... ahem WOMENS basketball program is doing amazing
Your Mens team needs a stiff kick in the ass though
Don't know much about what else is going on down there (enrollment, research grants, etc...) but it seems like the sky is the limit for the XDSU's and not so much for our old rivals.
