Northern Iowa lost a big one yesterday...Daryle Hawkins from Omaha Central was pretty much set to go to UNI but then got a late offer from Oregon. Hawkins finished in the top 3 at the state track meet in the triple jump, high jump and high hurdles. Tall and lanky--6'4, 195--but great athleticism for a dual threat QB. Frost took a little video with him when he moved to the Oregon staff.

Jugular --- you've been providing Bison Nation with a lot of great info and insight this week. You must have been spending some quality time this past weekend with "The King of Journalism" Mr. Burgundy :D. Appreciate the info! ;)

Awesome, now he gets to wear all sorts of different jerseys ( a diffferent one for each game) :D

He gets to be a part of the ugliest uniform of the week contest. They truly 'are' the little green men from Mars.

Too bad for UNI. :smh:

also ca, i sure hope we don't lose guys tomorrow we could use every one of them and some!
