One of my post got a grey tictac? What does that mean? Someone disapproved and someone did? I don't mean to start an argument I'm just curious.

I think grey means that who ever gave you the rep doesnt have enough posts to have it count. PL

They didn't have enough rep power to count. It normally means they have less than 50 posts, but it can also mean their rep is in the negative or less than 10 points. I think if one of the UNI trolls were to rep you, for example, I think it would show up as a grey tictac and not count toward your total.
