From Fargo Aviation weather - looks like overcast most of the day, from 1:00 PM it appears winds will be straight out of the south, shouldnt exceed 10 mph. So set up your windbreak accordingly, ssw before 1:00PM s after 1:00 PM for rest of the afternoon.
