What kind of regular season and conference record is realistic?
I know there is talk about winning the conference and making the big dance etc. Looks like a couple tough non-conf. games in the Gophers and possibly Drake.

And a little team from out west USC may be a tough game as well.

I don't like to talk about preseason expectations after this football season... :blush:

After a 10-8 conf record last year, here's my take. I think this is a good team. We'll see how good.

Conf
16-2 exceed expectations
14-4 expected
12-6 underachieved

Season (before Summit Championships)
24-5 exceed expectations
22-7 expected
20-9 underachieved

I can give up 3-4 losses max...if fhis team wants to be noticed. 26-3---29-3 into ncaa's impresses people...anything less doesnt matter.

lose at usc,gophs,drake.....maybe 1 hiccup in conf play....otherwise im not gonna be happy..

OR who cares bout the record, just win 3 in march!!!!

23-6 is my prediction, 3 non conference losses and 3 in conference play with 2 of those being on the road

Can this team go into places like S.Utah, WIL, IUPUI and win. Couldn't last year. It's harder than it looks, an optical illusion if you will. Yeah, it looks easy on RPI paper doesn't it.

Lakes 29-3, and you might as well throw in "2 players taken in the 1st round of the NBA draft"? Hopefully you are betting your money on that, not mine! That's like 11-0 in the MVFC. Good luck with that. I am optimistic, but that could be a little much to accomplish. I hope you are right though!

they dont need to be 29-3
just win the last 3 games of the season

Hypothetically, if you did go 29-3, you might get an at large, even out of the Summit.

Maybe, I still have to work a few things out first. Might just get tickets for Monday/Tuesday.
