Since we don't play, we need to watch other teams lose so we can go up in the polls. Here are a games that effect our chances at the playoffs. (playoffs? playoffs!!) They are teams that are ahead of us or near us in both polls. The more that go our way the merrier.
If all of these scenerio's would go right we would probably find ourselves ranked in the top 10. He He He But if half go our way we could move up in both polls.
I think we want to root for SDSU the next 2 weeks so they are considered a "quality win" if we're fortunate enough to beat them. That will help our playoff chances. (of course we have to beat Missouri State or it means nothing)
Furman - lose to Georgia Southern (that gives them 4 losses)
Western Illinois - lose @ Southern Illinois
McNeese- lose to Stephen F Austin (gives them 4 losses)
Harvard - they don't compete in the playoff so it doens't really matter but we still want them to lose to Columbia.
South Carolina State to lose to Howard
Tennesee Martin to lose to Auborn
Tennesee State lose to Eastern Illinois
Northern Arizona lose to Montana State (gives them 4 losses)
Colgate lose @ Lehigh
Liberty lose @ Virginia Military
Northwestern State - lose at Arkansas State
Lafeyette- Loe at Bucknell
UC Davis over Cal Poly (would knock poly out even though they are #3)
Jacksonville state lose at Tennesee Tech
Maine@ Massachusets - not sure on this one. A Maine win gives Mass 4 losses but they still may get in plus Maine could jump the Bison in ranking. A Maine loss knocks them out of contention completely.
Prairie View lose at Alabame A&M
Grambling lose at Arkansas Pine Bluff
