the sue finally stopped UCD with a pick, but they got called for offsides UC Davis up 24-14 late in the 1st half. sue playing absolutely horrible defense...both sue td's came on big plays or were right after a big play other than that sue haven't done much.

Can't be worse than the Coyotes defense, I mean you guys have managed to get a legit FCS victory. Plus you guys aren't taking a bus to a Division 2 school in South Carolina:D. Life could be worse Shawn-O

You're kidding right about taking a bus to SC? I was amazed when I was at the Denver airport after the WY game and saw the USD players hanging around because they were flying commercial.

Not kidding. For the Cal Poly game, they took a bus to Omaha, flew to San Francisco and bussed or took a train to Cal Poly.

Wow! I can just hear the USD coach while out on the recruiting trail. Why would you want to go to NDSU or SDSU son, sure they are in auto bid confernece and draw great at home, but if you come to Vermtown you'll see the entire country and not from 30,000 feet. I'll promise you a window seat after your freshman year on the Greyhound and we'll even show some movies and have some great PBJ's my wife slaps together for the team. By the way, do you like regular or extra crunchy peanut butter?

I just want to take this opportunity again to mention that USD will fail MISERABLY at this DI move. There's no doubt about it.

Here’s how it’s going to go down for the USD football team this week, which plays at North Greenville in Tigerville, S.C., on Saturday:
OAS_AD('ArticleFlex_1');

Thursday morning the Coyotes will practice in Vermillion at 6 a.m., then get on a bus and leave for Paducah, Ky., by 7:30 a.m.

It’s an estimated 11 hours and 750 miles to the first stop. The Coyotes will then travel another five hours Friday morning to Knoxville, Tenn., and practice at the University of Tennessee, as arranged by athletic director Joel Nielsen.

From there, it’s another 160 miles to Tigerville, S.C., where the Coyotes will spend Friday night before taking on the 2-7 NCAA Division II North Greenville Crusaders on Saturday at 11 a.m. Central time.

No freaking way! The only way that could get worse is if they didn't have enough spaces on the bus so they would have to ask the players moms to drive the remaining players. It's almost like the class trip we took to Washington D.C. in the 8th grade. Wait, no it's not, we flew there, but we had to drive 4 hours to MSP for our flight.

USD will be a joke in DI because they cannot adequately fund the move. But then again, someone has to be the doormat.......:D
