Winona State at Mankato State, two undefeated NSIC teams and a battle between a NSIC team and an old NCC team. My guess is that the NCC was such a superior conference to the NSIC that Mankato will blow out Winona....

Winona has been the top team in the NSIC for awhile now, while Mankato hasnt exactly been tearing up the NCC.

I really can't believe FSN shows a NSIC game each week, makes me want to puke. There are four FCS schools in North and South Dakota if you count the two in transition plus UNI and this is what they put out. Someone at FSN needs to pull their head out of their ass and realize there are things outside of MN going on in college sports in the region.:banghead:

I love D2 football, and actually Duluth is the team right now in the NSIC
44-7 over U of Mary.
Duluth currently ranked 14th in the nation.

So you love DII football over watching some regional DI FCS games? I think you have your priorities screwed up 4mcrue (also, NDSU is no longer DII).
FSN does have their head up their a$$es if they choose DII coverage over DI. Most of the NSIC teams play in glorified high school stadiums. Just don't get it. NDSU won't even get one live game on FSN this year. Likely there will be a few NSIC teams that will get two televised games. Bullcrap!

FSN North should really be called FSN Minnesota.

FSN North is a primarily Minnesota based Network and has a contractual agreement with the NSIC. There is nothing wrong with that. Would I rather see Valley football or Northern Sun? Obviously Valley football, but good job by the NSIC to get an agreement with FSN North. The Valley is too spread out to center on a single network, but had priviously had a game of the week on FSN Midwest. It would be cool if the VAlley could have 1 game/week on FSN, and just show it in the region of the teams . . . Midwest, North, Ohio, etc.

I didn't watch the game, so obviously I have my priorities straight.

I don't think my priorities are screwed up. We had a bye week, my wife is a U Mary alum. so I listened to their game and I watched maybe a quarter of that Mankato game. I know the Herd isn't D2 anymore, and Bison always come first, but I follow my wife's team also.
