Bored waitin' for 2:00 pm to roll around? These oughta keep ya busy for awhile.

Nothin' but Respect for the Bison:

“You can put them in whatever division you want, but they are a Division I football team in every sense of the word … in their size, their speed, their coaches, and probably their budget,” Glenn said. “North Dakota State, whatever league they are in, they are at the top of that league. That’s what their mentality is. They’ll come in here loaded for bear.

“Coach (Craig) Bohl and his staff have done a great job,” he continued. “Their facilities … the first time I went into the Fargodome, I felt like I was in Oz. It’s as Division I as it gets.

“So, you can put any moniker you want on North Dakota State, but our kids and coaches know that they’re a Division I team coming in here, and a darn good one. They beat Minnesota, they beat Ball State and they beat Central Michigan. I guarantee you our kids won’t take them lightly.”

Keys to the Game (Wyoming perspective) They are not very confident in their team:

Through two games, the Wyoming passing game is only better than that of four teams in the country -- three option-based offenses and an SEC stepchild.

The Cowboys have made the bottom of the barrel a home in kickoff coverage lately, but sitting at No. 114 in the nation doesn't sit well with quarterback Dax Crum or offensive coordinator Bob Cole.

On Why the Cowboys are Playing the Bison:

...we can't buy even a Sun Belt Conference-opponent, a I-A opponent.

"We can't pay enough; those schools are demanding $7 or 800,000. Look at the schedules, many schools are going this route."

North Dakota State's will be a tidy $275,000 for a trip to Laramie, a sum that's palatable for both parties.

There were a couple other I-AAs that needed a game but they were holding out for significantly more money. I had to take what I could get.
