Core membership after moratorium??

I was wondering about something since July 1. The way it looks now, we have approximately 7 years and 11 1/2 months until we recieve core membership from the NCAA. But the moratorium is in place now for the NCAA to take another look at DI requirements. Does anyone think that once 7/1/2011 (end of moratorium) rolls around that we may be grandfathered into core membership?? Remember, we're only an active member at this point, not a core one like we should be.

The only way that is happening is if they reduce the core member requirement during the moratorium, which I don't see happening. They may increase the core member requirement, which NDSU would be grandfathered in at the 8 year requirement.
