Are the new guys like Fred Bussey LB, Yuen Tafette DT, and Troy Jackson QB
in Fargo training with the rest of the team? We may need these three to contribute.

I heard a rumor that Melvin Thomas didn't come back after the 4th of July break. Did he quit? I am unclear on exactly what his status has been having not participated fall semester last year and then showing up for spring semester and getting on the two-deep roster (did I see that somewhere in the recent past?)

Anyone know what his story is?

Yup I saw him too, Domenic Izzo said more on the Bison summer workouts to come this week on WDAY.

Hmmm...that's one way to look at it. The other is that there is so little talent behind Schommer that it was easy to become the back up.
