So what are people going to do. Since I am a student, I feel as though I will not get the best deal with tickets going through NDSU.

So should I:

Get tickets through NDSU and sit on the edges in a higher rows with NDSU fans

OR

Buy through Wyoming website or places like Stubhub and get midfield tickets but sit with Wyoming people. Plus if I do this right away on July 28, should be able to get great tickets I would think.

My girlfriend and I are making this like a mini-vacation and are driving out there and going through SD to get there. I just don't want crappy seats for a game that will take 13 hours to drive to get there. Oh, What to do?

If anyone is going to do a stubhub thing and there are 2 leftover seats in a great location PM me and I will surely buy them. Great seats plus sitting next to Bison fans..sounds good to me.

We should do like we did for the Gophers game and post where we are sitting so we can "take over" certain sections. I noticed you can get "group tickets" of 25 or more for only like $15 each! I think it makes a bus cost effective

Little America is nice, on the west side of town, and it has a golf course. The Hitching Post is also a decent place, and is popular with our legislators when they are in session. The Plains Hotel downtown is also an interesting place. It is a older restored historic hotel with a great place to eat. Cheyenne also has the usual collection of Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, etc.

WY has a speedy back and their entire OL and DL back from last year. Some excerpts from an article about Joe Glenn and his 2008 WY team:

With 21 seniors, 18 juniors and 15 returning starters, all recruited by Glenn and his staff, on this year's roster, this is the year to do it. Or, it might be the last year for Glenn, who is 26-33 overall and 14-24 in MWC games at Wyoming.

Glenn is excited about new offensive coordinator Bob Cole and what he might be able to do with eight starters back on offense, especially speedy running back Devin Moore, who ran for 965 yards last year and has been clocked by pro scouts running the 40-yard dash faster than 4.3 seconds.

"When he hits a corner, he's one of the few guys in our league that can go the distance," Glenn said, noting that one of Cole's charges is to get the ball more often to Moore.

The Pokes also return their entire starting offensive line and tight end, the entire defensive line, two linebackers and two defensive backs.

But one of the returnees on offense is quarterback Karsten Sween, a junior who is battling junior college transfer Dax Crum, a sophomore, and senior Ian Hetrick for the starting job entering fall practices. Sween threw for 2,028 yards and 12 touchdowns last season but was intercepted 17 times.

"Bob Cole has told me any one of those three guys can run our offense," Glenn said. "We're not that complicated and they're all three good players. With that being said, nobody really took off and ran with it during spring drills."

Glenn said Sween and Crum have worked extremely hard over the summer in the weight room and studying film. He hopes to name a starter after the first scrimmage of fall camp.

"We have some questions to answer," Glenn said, "but I think we have the talent to be as good as any team we've had since I've been at Wyoming."

It may be a little early but I found this while digging through the Wyoming website.

Denver International Airport to Laramie:
• Coming out of DIA you will be on Pena Blvd.
• Follow signs to I-70 West
• Take I-25 North to Cheyenne
• Take I-80 West to Laramie (I-80 will be just before you get to Cheyenne)
• Take the Grand Ave Exit (#316)
• Take a right on 30th Street.
• Take a left on Willett Drive.
• AA/Football Stadium/MPG/Fieldhouse/Administrative Offices are located on
the left.
