LOL Come on Lakes is the inside pipeline so we certainly couldnt expect information of such importance and secrecy to come from anybody else.:D

wins will be few and far between for the Bison squad.

It is great that they are bringing in a top 5 team. Iowa State is always shooting for a National Title in wrestling and may be the frontrunner for next years title. The Bison will have a very hard time pulling off any wins against this team but hopefully they can be aggresive and go after them. Iowa State could possibly wrestle some backups also.

We wrestled Iowa at the BSA . When Coach Gable brought the Steiner twins home. Iowa has wrestled in the BISON OPEN in the early 70s also.

Jim Ducheon (sp) from ISU was a grad assit for Buckey. Ducheon was a good friend of ISU and olympic wrstler Chris Taylor so he came up and wrestled in the open in 72 or 73. PL

ps Chris was a real nice guy and extremely fast for a guy that weighed something like 400 lbs. Plus he could REALLY drink beer.
