Yeah, heard on PTS last night that ORU has not had a 4 game conference split in the last 10 years (obviously, meaning they've won either 3 or 4 games every time).

Yeah, I heard that too and thought it was pretty crazy.

Well, I hope ur ace does not sneak up on us. We are having a strange time putting a good rotation together, I believe some hurt pitchers are still healing. Losing at Wichita state (by two runs last night) is not very characteristic of this team...even if it was our center fielder pitching....

Hopefully we can run you guys out of town.

Either way, welcome to summit baseball.

Bison blow a 3 run lead but are hanging tough in the bottom of the fifth. 4-3 ORU up to bat.

Game #2

Top of 3:
Bison 2-5-0 Hofer - RBI single, Zim - HR

Another good start by the Bison. Bowar sharp early.

Zimmerman hit a solo HR to extend the lead to 2.

Bottom 3rd, 1 out, runners on 2nd & 3rd

NDSU - 2-5-0
ORU -- 0-2-0

Does any of your local radio stations offer live streaming online for you all or is everything paid?

ORU puts up 3 runs in the third to take the lead.

Top of the 5th, 2 outs, no one on base

NDSU - 2-6-3
ORU -- 4-5-0

errors are hurting

BTW, yesterday's game was 6-4 ORU

don't think anyone streams it; I'm getting info from live stats

ORU -- 20-22- 0

No one covers any of our baseball games on the radio (Thunder Radio for random home games does not count). Our athletic department could care less about baseball. Never promote it, never give it money to succeed. SDSU i saw has 31 games on the radio over a state wide network however. Is ORU audio coverage paid only?

Thats strange, NDSU seems to have a lot of pride in most anything they put on the field. Baseball is getting more and more pub and its the one sport where you don't have to be from a BCS to get to the championship game. You would figure more little schools would try to sneak on the NCAA/ESPN stage from there and as the donations and positive pub came in they could funnel that money to other program...et cetera...

anyways, i'm looking forward to the last game tomorrow. Did any of you all make the trip?
(also, on a side note....SDSU made a big statement against the Gents.....)

Game is on All-Access at 12:45 today. Are they picking up Summit TV's feed? It's like $9 a month to subscribe I think isn't it?

Some camera movement would be nice. ORU looks like they're creaming us so far. (big suprise there) The video qualities about as good as gobison too. Don't even move the camera. Sorry boys I'm going to go watch the Cubs. If it was good video quality I would watch but how hard is it to find a camera operator. Are they all at church or something?

NDSU is working on funding baseball closer to where they should. Currently they offer 4.5 scholies, next year is supposed to be at least 7.

The only sport that currently is lower on the Bison totem pole than baseball is probably golf(both probably due a lot to the NCAA season being about a month or two early for our climate).
