edwin "sonny" gulsvig passed away about an hour ago...he was a good guy...i always joked with him about when hes going to get back in the coaching buisness...every time there was an opening minnesota ndsu and recently concordia i would tell him he is on the short list of canidates he always got a kick out of that...if anybody read bob knights book he talks about how he learned alot during a coaching clinic at concordia...sonny g conducted that clinic

I never met him but I sure was aware of his legend. RIP Mr. Gulsvig.
