I think the Jacks are a better team this year. There were a few spills at the beginning of the year as the team adjusted to replace Vogel but now their attack is so much more varied. And the team is really young that next year they should be even better. Which is scary.

I'm disappointed that there is no Jacks Gophers game this year. Last year's controversial matchup should juice both of these teams were they to play again this year.

Game had the pace of snot flowing uphill in January.

Kolpack says that W.ILL looked totally out of it: a very different team than the one the Bison played last month. And while the Bison weren't lighting any fires offensively, they played defense long enough to keep the Westerwinds disoriented.

It was a good game from the perspective that lots of folks got playing time and had the opportunity to contribute.

Dont feel bad. It was UGLY! If you enjoy lots of turnovers and seeing the ball being thrown around recklessly by both teams numerous times in a 5 second stretch then you would have enjoyed it. But a win none the less. You didnt miss much.

Congrats Bison! Would love to see the Dakota States 1-2 in their first year in the Summit.

Good signature win for the Bison over a team that started the "Dakota Swing tied for first, and goes home without a win.

I remember the NCC days, and Jacks always felt successful if we came back with 1 W out of the ND swing. Now it's the other teams that have that onus of the Dakota trip, and they're learning fast that it's tough to win in Fargo or Brookings.

That would be nice. I think Aaron already has you there. Next year is a rebuild year for the Bison. Hopefully it sets the tone for the next few years.
