The University of North Dakota reported a spring enrollment of 11,847 students, about a 2 percent decrease.

Hehe, I guess that I'm not the only one who is very suspicious that a large number of the people who suddenly appear in UND's final enrollment count are taking a single online course. Seriously, five to ten percent of their total enrollment doesn't show up until three weeks into the semester?

And the big reason they have such a large online enrollment is their prices for those classes are much cheaper than anyone else's. You gotta do what ya gotta do.
