Thought it might be interesting to start a thread on jucos that could help the Bison. Went to Williston State & Science last night. Sorry, I didn't see anyone that I thought should be wearing a Bison uniform. Anyone else out there have a Jr college with players with potential?

Just to be clear, guys like Andre are few and far between at the JUCO level. Obviously if we found one of them, we would be willing to talk. You don't just get a juco to get a juco. All else equal, you take a kid with 5 years over 2. I think everyone understands that.

Travis Mertens from Lake Region State. He could really open things up on the fastbreak and he would be Woodys favorite ally-oop. We don't have anyone like him on the team and I think he could really help out.

Grades could be an issue with him, Im pretty sure I remember hearing he did very poor academically and thats a reason he ended up where he did.

What position would he play? Clearly the Bison need a 4 and Mertens seems to be a 3 and the Bison have a surplus of 3's right now on their roster.
