They appear to be a solid team that should put up a competive game. At least by looking at other opponents. Definately a heck of a lot tougher than Conneticuit State.

They're a pretty decent Ohio Valley team, which means they will be tougher than say, a Pioneer League team, but less tough than a Northern Iowa or Southern Illinois. They finished in the top half of the OVC last year, and have a shot at contending for the OVC title and a playoff berth this year. Our guys cannot just expect to lay their guard down and still win in this one. They'll need to play tough just like every week.

Austin Peay is a former non scholarship school that added scholarships three years ago. Their first class of scholarship players will be juniors in 2008 (assuming they redshirted). AP started a lot of sophomores and freshmen last year and should be much improved in 2008. They are definately a program that has the arrrow pointing up. Should be a good openning game for NDSU.

if the Bison are +5 in the turnover margin the victory would be much more than 21 points. More like a 40+ margin.

I'm going with 40-10 Bison and -3 in turnovers (3 fumbles 1 INT, 1 defensive INT) just to give us something to bitch about until week two.
