I agree they look like transfers from within the USA, but if NDSU really wants to head IPFW off at the source, I'd be more than willing to help set up a trip through the Balkans. :bow:

*kosovo will cost extra. šibenik and dubrovnik might need extra attention, though. oh yeah, and korčula, too.
