I agree completely. Good luck stopping LSU's defense when they are finally healthy. The bigger question is, will LSU be able to whoop Ohio St as bad as Florida did last year?

LSU. Ohio State hasn't beat anyone that I was impressed with.

Ohio State has ranked (at that present time) wins over:

#25 Penn State (Oct 27)
#23 Michigan (Nov 17)

Ohio State has one loss to:
Illini (Nov 10) 21-28

LSU has ranked (at that present time) wins over:
#9 Virginia Tech (Sept 8)

#9 Florida (Oct 6)
#18 Auburn (Oct 20)
#17 Alabama (Nov 3)
#14 Tennessee (Dec 01)

LSU has losses to:

Also another factor I am going to place into the mix is the long waiting game that Ohio State has to play. Ohio State's last game was Nov 17 when LSU's last game was Dec 01.

I want OSU to win so the SEC fans will get off their "We're the best teams and no one else can beat us." horse. But that being said Tigers 35. Bucks 21. Funny and completley random story about LSU. My dad was at Bonedadies (AWESOME if you are ever in DFW area) and he met the Arkansas State coach. They talked about various things and he did have high praise for one Craig Bohl. "Helluva job" But they were playing at LSU and they get a police escort to the game. The people there start tailgating miles out of the stadium. The bus stopped at a stoplight and people started rocking the bus and screaming "TIGER MEAT" and various expletives. And every single person from old grannys to 1 year old babies. (seriously) had the bird flying high. He said it was the loudest stadium he has ever been in his life.

def think illinois is a better football team then oregon and obviously there better then standford...who has usc beat? nebraska in lincoln chea talk about a striat DOMINANT road win hahaha...i like illinois in that game especially sittin at plus double digits...beat ohio state in the shoe shoulda beat missouri without juice...shoulda beat michigan illinois will be a nice little powerhouse in the years to come in my mind they are the best story in all of college footbal this season i really like that squad

All I know the Superdome will be a rockin on monday night? Differant or Higher doesn't matter coolege football is finishing another season. Withdrawals will start still spring games and till august when it all starts over again. College football you just got to love it......Looking forward to Gateway play and going to a few games in Norman ,Lincoln, Iowa City, Cedar Falls, for road trips next fall.

I like LSU 48 THE Ohio State 20. The Big 10 seems to be overrated every year. I don't think I've seen an awesome Big 10 Team in the BCS since Ohio State a few years ago in the championship game they won.

think the lay off favors the buckeyes big time beanie will be ready to go at 100 percent and i look for this game to be beanies coming out party and a statement for the hiesman hype next season...tressels the best in the buisness no doubt about it thee ohio state will be ready to rumble...will lsu? with all the talk about lester leaving and bo bolting to nebraska i dont know but i do know the layoff will not be anything but an andvantage for thee ohio state buckeyes you better believe tressels learned his lesson...as for the point about penalties if there are a lot of them most will be on lsu they have been penalized more than the buckeys this season by far particulary on the offensive side...thats huge...lsu will have a hard enough time scoring as it is but if penalties put them in long yardage situations? thats not good

I don't buy into the SEC speed crap either. What they do have is a much tougher conference so that when they play another tough team it's something they've seen before. Ohio St. plays cupcakes in non-conference then plays a weak conference schedule and when they go up against a battle tested SEC team they get blown out. I'll use another NCAA football video game analogy b/c that is one thing that I am a bonifide expert in. If I played the regular season in varsity mode just to get to the title game and then ramped up the difficulty to heisman I would get crushed. What happened to Ohio St. is no different.

LSU scored 31 unanswered points. OSU scored on a late touchdown to bring it w/in 2 TD's. OSU was man-handled from 2nd qtr on and were only able to score their 2 td's during that time when LSU was in cruise control. It was a blow out and the second year in a row they got rolled in the big game.

Not to mention Hayward's 15 yarder after the roughing the kicker. And two PF's on LSU's first TD drive. Very uncharacteristic for Tressel's lads.
