Ive read that its going to be TV. But is this game going to be on the radio? I havent been able to find any info on that.

If you are in Fargo (or the surrounding area), it will be on 970 AM (WDAY)...Not sure if basketball is on the Bison Radio Network, however.

It's not on 850AM, it must be on their sister station 104FM, which has a link to Yahoo sports.
