I liked the Gopher fans talking about rolling it up big, fast, and early predicting a 41-7 victory last night.

Kind of hard to roll it up big and early if you don't have the ball.

I watched the first couple of plays before going back up to my seat and on the way up overheard a conversation from some UM fans regarding us not having a defense. All I could think of later is they did not either. Our D may have struggled a little but in the end the team got the job done.

Personally, I thought last year's game was more.... IDK, exciting. This year was definitely an awesome game. I don't know why it seems like such a difference, but when the entire game comes down to a field goal....

I want to send out a personal thanks to Mr. Kirchoff (whom I helped initiate into the national band sorority - Tau Beta Sigma - at NDSU, no less!), Dr. Luckhardt, and the rest of the Golden Gopher Band. They are definitely a first class bunch of people. The fact that they let us, the GSMB, come onto the field with them after the game to play with them, alone proves that point.
