I was wondering which one of our athletics programs will have a game on espn or nationally televised broadcast first....i am guessin our mens bball program...well i hope so anyway...NIT!!!

I'm guessing that the Florida game will not be nationally televised..... Does someone know something that I do not?

Not me, but National Champs opening season game on a friday night doesn't seem like a huge stretch no matter who they are playing and who they lost.

Does anybody know if we are actually elligible for the NIT this year? I heard the NCAA bought out the Men's NIT, but not the Women's so the criteria is different.

It hasn't changed. We were eligible last year as well. The difference is that this year we can win an autobid to the NIT by being the Summit League regular season champs. The Summit tourney(for which NDSU can not participate) winner goes to the dance.
