Finally the SID analysis. Good stuff.

I, for one, did not know that there had been so many shifts along the OL. Ebel went to LT, Arndt to OG. So, they moved sides and in one case, position. Somewhere on this blog someone said, in response to one of my posts, that Arndt was really doing well at LT behind Safe. It would appear from the SID that Ebel is someone who has to get on the field rather than languish at a three deep position in RT.

Interesting...

Interesting that Bohl seems to care about the Sagrarin ratings.

I thought the same when I read that summary. I wonder (just my thoughts) if Bohl would use a high final Sagarin rating along with an undefeated season to claim the Bison are really the #1 FCS team. Two issues, first NDSU would have to go undefeated through a tough schedule, and second, the other FCS teams will actually have to play to qualify and win the championship. Still, if this were to happen, I hope there would be an asterisk in the recordbook to at least acknowledge such an accomplishment. Of course, a perfect season would have to happen, and although not unattainable, it will be difficult. After last year I hope some national columnists would pick up on such a travesty and ask the NCAA why they impose such ridiculous requirements. Flame away!
