I do have a question for anyone out there that's a lawyer or someone who would know the answer. How is it that you can't use a polygraph as evidence in a court of law but you can use a polygraph test to determine whether or not someone can get a certain job?
I thought the verdict was somewhat bizarre considering that there was no one who identified him as the actual attacker and there was no DNA evidence.

Cozad should be jumping for joy tonight, almost like OJ. He got way less than he deserved.
