What to cook, what to cook.

I was wondering what dishes you guys were planning on making for the game against the Bearkats.

I've perfected beer can chicken and baby back ribs this summer.

Can always go with the old burger/brat combination (also learned how to properly cook brats this summer-I will never again serve them right off the grill.)

As far as drink, I've grown fond of sangria. Not really a manly tailgating beverage, but damn it tastes good.

I'm leaning towards barbecued ribs and corn bread. All prepared at the Dome on the Weber.
